When to call 911

Telehealth can't handle these — go to the ER.

FAQ

Cold & flu treatment questions.

Can you prescribe Tamiflu or Paxlovid?
Yes. Our NY-licensed clinicians can prescribe Tamiflu (for flu) within 48 hours of symptom onset, and Paxlovid (for COVID) within 5 days of symptom onset for eligible patients. We'll send it directly to your pharmacy.
How much does this cost with NY Medicaid?
For most NY Medicaid Managed Care members (Healthfirst, Fidelis, MetroPlus, EmblemHealth, MVP, Anthem HealthPlus, Molina, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan), a 24/7 visit is $0. We verify your eligibility in real time before the visit so there are no surprises.
Can I get a work note for my employer?
Yes. When clinically appropriate, your clinician can write a note for work, school, or daycare and send it to your portal during the visit. It includes your provider's NY license number and signature.
What if I need an in-person test?
Your clinician can order flu, COVID, or strep testing at Quest, LabCorp, or any in-network NYC site near you. Many Medicaid plans also cover at-home rapid tests we can send via your pharmacy.
How fast will my prescription be ready?
Most e-prescriptions arrive at the pharmacy within 15 minutes of your visit ending. You'll get a portal message confirming the pharmacy and pickup readiness.
