What we provide

STI testing — lab orders to Quest, LabCorp, or NYC Sexual Health Clinics (free regardless of insurance)
STI treatment — most STIs treatable via telehealth (chlamydia, trichomoniasis, oral herpes, etc.)
Contraception — pills, patch, ring, emergency contraception. IUD/implant referrals to in-network NYC providers.
PrEP (HIV prevention) — both daily and on-demand (2-1-1) protocols. Free under NY State PrEP program for those without coverage.
PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) — emergent care after potential HIV exposure. Time-sensitive.
Erectile dysfunction — sildenafil, tadalafil, and underlying-cause workup. Telehealth-friendly.
Low libido — evaluation for hormonal, relational, and medication-related causes.
Gender-affirming care navigation — connecting trans and non-binary patients with appropriate NYC specialists (Callen-Lorde, Mount Sinai Center for Transgender Medicine, others).

Common questions.

Will this be on my insurance/parents' insurance EOB?

In NY State, you have the right to confidential reproductive and sexual health care, including the ability to suppress Explanation of Benefits (EOB) when on a family insurance plan. We can help you arrange this. Self-pay is also always available ($49 for sexual health consultation, $89 at-home STI kit) for maximum privacy.

Can you prescribe PrEP via telehealth?

Yes. PrEP is well-suited to telehealth. We do an initial evaluation, order baseline labs (HIV test, STI screening, kidney function), prescribe the medication, and follow up every 3 months. Most NY Medicaid plans cover PrEP at $0. NY State's PrEP-DAP program covers it for those without insurance.

Can you treat my partner too?

For certain STIs (chlamydia, trichomoniasis), NY State allows Expedited Partner Therapy — we can prescribe treatment for your partner without seeing them. For other infections, your partner should be evaluated separately. NYC Sexual Health Clinics are great for partners without insurance.

I think I was exposed to HIV last night. What do I do?

Get to an ER or NYC Sexual Health Clinic immediately. PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) is most effective when started within 72 hours, ideally within hours of exposure. After hours, ER is fastest. We can follow up with you after to complete the 28-day course and discuss PrEP.

Do you help with gender-affirming hormone therapy?

We provide gender-affirming care navigation and refer to specialized NYC providers (Callen-Lorde, Mount Sinai Center for Transgender Medicine, NYU Langone). For established patients on stable hormone regimens, we can sometimes provide continuity care and refills. New starts are referred to specialized programs.
