How do you handle eligibility verification?
Real-time 270/271 EDI transactions with each plan. We verify at every member touchpoint — appointment booking, visit start, claim submission. Members never face balance billing because of mis-verified eligibility.
What's your fee structure for Medicaid?
We typically contract on PMPM (per-member-per-month) for the assigned population, plus standard FFS for specific service lines. We're transparent about pricing and flexible — most NY Medicaid Managed Care plans find our economics work well.
Can you support transition of care (TOC) measures?
Yes. We provide post-discharge follow-up visits within 7 days (FUM, FUH measures) and 30 days for medical conditions. We coordinate with discharge planners at NYC H+H, Mount Sinai, NYU, and other NYC hospitals.
Do you participate in DSRIP-style or VBP arrangements?
Yes — we have experience with NY State's Value Based Payment (VBP) framework. We're open to upside-only and two-sided risk arrangements aligned with NCQA, HEDIS, and member-rated quality measures.
How do you handle Members with HARP designation?
