How do we contract with CallMD Now?
We hold NY State practice licenses and DEA registrations. Contracting is standard provider-payer contracting — credentialing, fee schedule (PMPM or FFS), and network terms. Most contracts execute in 30-45 days. Email plans@callmdnow.com to start a conversation.
What's your fee model?
We offer both per-member-per-month (PMPM) for population-level access and standard fee-for-service for visit-by-visit. Most Medicaid Managed Care partners use a hybrid PMPM + FFS model. We're flexible and will recommend what fits your population.
How do you fit with our existing network?
We complement, not replace. Members keep their existing PCPs and specialists. We become an in-network telehealth option that drives appropriate utilization — particularly for 24/7 urgent, mental health, and chronic condition management where access gaps are widest.
How do you handle PHI and HIPAA?
Full HIPAA compliance with signed BAAs. Hosting on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure (Kinsta HIPAA, AWS with BAA). End-to-end encryption for video visits. Audit logs available. SOC 2 Type II certified. No PHI ever stored on consumer-facing web properties.
Can you support our HEDIS measures?
Yes — particularly Adult Access (AAP), Well-Child Visits, Antidepressant Medication Management (AMM), Follow-up After ED Visit for Mental Health (FUM), Comprehensive Diabetes Care (CDC), Controlling High Blood Pressure (CBP), Cervical/Breast/Colorectal Cancer Screening reminders, and Statin Therapy for Patients with Cardiovascular Disease (SPC). We report measure-level performance quarterly.
