What we believe

• $0 with NY Medicaid. If our city's Medicaid plans cover it, we accept it. Period.
• 30 minutes to 2 hours. When you book, you should see a provider in 30 minutes to 2 hours. That's our standard for every service.
• Real clinicians. Not chatbots, not AI doctors. NY-licensed humans who listen.
• Your language. Medical care in a second language is not the same as care in your first.
• No app required. Click a link, join a video. That's it.
• Honest pricing. If insurance doesn't cover it, you see the price before you book.
