From fevers at midnight to school physicals. Pediatric visits with NY-licensed providers in 30 minutes to 2 hours — by video or phone.
From infants to teens. Available 30 minutes to 2 hours from booking.
Fever, cough, ear pain, sore throat, stomach issues, rashes. Same-day video care.
Kids get sick a lot — and most childhood illnesses can be evaluated by video. We treat fevers, colds, the flu, ear infections, sore throats, stomach issues, rashes, pink eye, and many other common conditions. Our pediatric providers will examine your child by video, ask careful questions, and either treat at home, send a prescription, or recommend in-person care if needed. What to have ready: a thermometer for current temperature, a description of all symptoms and when they started, and a list of any medications your child takes.
Routine wellness exams with growth tracking and developmental milestones.
Regular well-child visits track your child's growth, development, mental health, and physical health over time. We do milestone reviews (motor, language, social, cognitive), discuss nutrition and sleep, screen for common issues, and coordinate vaccinations. Telehealth well-child visits work well for most older children, while infants and toddlers often need in-person visits for hands-on exams and immunizations — we'll guide you on what's appropriate. What to have ready: your child's growth chart from the most recent visit, vaccine record, and any developmental concerns.
NYC DOE-compliant forms completed and signed.
We complete school physical forms (NYC DOE-compliant Form CH-205), sports physicals (PPE forms), and camp physicals. Most physicals can be done by video, especially for healthy children without complex medical issues. For sports physicals involving cardiac risk assessment or complex medical histories, in-person care may be needed. What to have ready: the actual form (you can email or upload before the visit), your child's vaccine record, any chronic health conditions, and a current medication list.
Anxiety, depression, ADHD evaluation and management for kids and teens.
We treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral challenges, and other mental health concerns in children and teens. Our pediatric mental health providers include therapists experienced with kids and adolescent psychiatrists. We work with parents, teachers, and schools as appropriate. Treatment may include therapy, medications, school accommodations, and parent guidance. What to have ready: a description of what's going on, when it started, how it's affecting school and home, and whether the school has noticed anything.
Pediatric asthma management, allergy treatment, action plans.
Childhood asthma and allergies are very common — and very manageable. We create asthma action plans you can share with school, manage daily controller and rescue inhaler regimens, and refer to pediatric pulmonology or allergy when needed. For allergies, we treat seasonal and environmental allergies, and coordinate allergy testing when it's appropriate. What to have ready: a list of inhalers or allergy medications, recent episodes (how often, how severe), known triggers, and the school's nurse contact info if helpful.
Confidential teen visits, contraception, mental health, sports physicals.
Teens need a place where they can talk privately about their health. We offer confidential teen visits — your teen can speak privately with their provider for part of the visit, in accordance with NY State law on adolescent confidentiality. We cover sexual health, contraception, mental health, body image, sports physicals, and the full range of adolescent medicine. What to have ready: your teen's input on what they want to discuss. The visit goes better when they're involved in the planning.
Feeding, sleep, milestones, lactation support — call any time.
The first months with a newborn come with a lot of questions — and not always at convenient hours. We're here for feeding questions (breast or bottle), sleep questions, weight gain, milestone reviews, rashes, and the constant question of "is this normal?". For lactation support, we have IBCLC-certified lactation consultants on our team. For anything that needs hands-on assessment (severe jaundice, dehydration, etc.), we'll guide you to in-person care immediately. What to have ready: your baby's age in weeks, current weight if known, feeding patterns, and any specific concerns.
Notes, action plans, and communication with the school nurse.
Many kids need medical coordination with their school. We can write 504 plan documentation, IEP medical components, asthma action plans, allergy action plans, medication administration orders for school, and absence excuse notes. We can also communicate directly with school nurses when appropriate. What to have ready: the specific need (which form, what kind of letter), the school's contact info if needed, and any prior documentation.
