- Insurance plans — To verify eligibility and file claims.
- Business associates — Vendors who help operate our practice (EHR vendor, scheduling platform, payment processor). All sign HIPAA Business Associate Agreements.
- Legal obligations — When required by law (e.g., reporting infectious diseases to public health authorities).

Children may receive care through CallMD Now with parental/guardian consent, but website browsing data is not collected from children. We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active patients.
