How it works

Three steps. No paperwork. No surprise bills.

01

Tell us what's going on

Pick a service and a time. Add your insurance — we verify it in real time, no calls or faxes.

02

Meet your NY-licensed clinician

Connect by video or phone from home, work, or anywhere. Our providers live and practice here.

03

Get treatment, sent to your pharmacy

Prescriptions go to your CVS, Duane Reade, or local pharmacy. Labs and referrals stay in-network.

Individual care

Care for what you need, when you need it.

Every service is delivered by clinicians licensed in New York State and in-network with NY Medicaid Managed Care plans.

Built for New York

NY State licensed. NYC at heart.

We're licensed and credentialed throughout New York State — from the Bronx to Buffalo, Long Island to the Adirondacks. But our roots, our team, and most of our patients are in the five boroughs. We understand the Healthfirst card you keep in your wallet, the Duane Reade two blocks down, the Mount Sinai cardiologist your aunt sees, and the specific frustration of waiting 6 weeks for a routine appointment.

i.

NY-licensed clinicians only

Every provider holds an active New York State license. No out-of-state weekend doctors covering shifts.

ii.

Every NY Medicaid HMO

Healthfirst, Fidelis, MetroPlus, EmblemHealth, MVP, Anthem HealthPlus, Molina, UHC Community Plan — all in-network.

iii.

Real referrals, real labs

We coordinate with Quest, LabCorp, NYC H+H, Mount Sinai, NYU Langone, Northwell, and your existing specialists.

iv.

Multilingual care

Providers and staff fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Bengali, Haitian Creole, and Arabic.

Patient stories

Real visits. Real New Yorkers.

★★★★★
I work two jobs and I have Healthfirst. Every other telehealth told me they don't take Medicaid. CallMD Now saw my son the same night, in Spanish, and the prescription was at the Duane Reade by morning. Free.

I'm in Albany, not the city, but I needed a dermatologist and the wait at the local clinic was 4 months. CallMD Now had me on video with a NY-licensed derm in two days. Acne meds shipped that night.

Common questions

Real answers, honestly.

Do you really accept NY Medicaid?
Yes. We're in-network with all 8 major NY Medicaid Managed Care plans (Healthfirst, Fidelis Care, MetroPlus, EmblemHealth, MVP, Anthem HealthPlus, Molina, UHC Community Plan) and accept NY State Medicaid Fee-for-Service. Most members pay $0 per visit for all our services. We verify your coverage in real time before every visit.
How fast can I be seen?
24/7 Urgent Care visits are typically available within 30 minutes any hour of the day or night. Primary care first visits are usually within 24-48 hours. Mental health matching takes 48 hours. Specialty (dermatology, nutrition, sleep, sexual health) is usually within 3-7 days.
What if I don't speak English well?
That's actually our specialty. We have NY-licensed providers who natively speak Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Bengali, Haitian Creole, and Arabic. For languages outside that, we use professional medical interpreters — never Google Translate.
Can you prescribe medications?
Yes — most non-controlled medications routinely (antibiotics, antidepressants, blood pressure meds, diabetes meds, hormonal contraception, etc.). Controlled substances (ADHD stimulants, benzodiazepines) have specific NY State telehealth rules and typically require an established relationship.
Do you need to be in NYC?
No — we serve patients throughout New York State. Long Island, Hudson Valley, Capital Region, Western NY, North Country. NYC is our biggest base but you don't need to be in the five boroughs. You do need to be physically located in NY State at the time of your visit.
